You may use Taxract only in compliance with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account.
Subscription and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Limitation of liability
Taxract provides AI-assisted automation reviewed by licensed professionals, but is not a substitute for independent professional advice in all circumstances. Our liability is limited as set out in your service agreement.
