Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) forms part of the agreement between Taxract and customers who process personal data through our platform, and reflects our commitments regarding data protection.

Scope of processing

Taxract processes financial and personal data solely to provide invoicing, bank reconciliation, and related services on behalf of the customer, as instructed.

Sub-processors

We maintain an up-to-date list of sub-processors used to deliver our services and will notify customers of material changes.

Requesting a signed DPA

Enterprise customers can request a fully executed copy of our DPA by contacting legal@taxract.ai.
